As you enter the empty nest phase, you might be wondering how often you should expect to hear from your young adult. We can feel a little slighted when we get only the occasional text or phone call, and it's hard to know how to feel. On one hand, we want them to spread their wings and fly and on the other hand, it's nice to be remembered. Right?
