Estrangement Oriented Manipulation. Also called EOM. Maybe you have never heard of that term before, but even if you haven’t heard of it before, it might be impacting your family. EOM is a pattern of dysfunctional behavior, often seen in daughters in law who drive estrangements between adult sons and their parents. It can happen with sons in law as well, but right now, there is an epidemic within the epidemic of estrangement.
