4 Highly Harmful Thoughts When You Are Estranged

Have you ever had something going on with your health, and as you waited to get into the doctor, it seemed like you had every sign of something catastrophic… but then you visited the doctor and found out it wasn’t serious and you immediately started feeling better? It was like you’d already taken the medicine but you hadn’t yet. The relief came because after the doctor told you it wasn’t serious, your thoughts about it changed. 

 

Our thoughts have the power to heavily influence how we feel. It’s a trickle-down effect because how we feel then influences what we do, how we show up and the outcome of our actions.
